Potato Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups sliced peeled raw potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and drain. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Layer 1/2 of the potato slices, 1/2 of the soup mixture and 1/2 of the sausage. Repeat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until melted.
