Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 2 or 3 slices day old bread cubed
- 1 lb drained pork sausage
- 1 cup grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
Cube bread and add to mixture. Add cheese.
Brown and drain pork sausage and add to mixture.
Mix and let stand overnight in frig.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Can be frozen after cooked. Let thaw and then heat thru for 20 minutes.
