• chicken
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup flour
• salt, Paprika, pepper
• 1 cup ground pecans
• 1/4 cup sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

mix buttermilk and egg in one bowl. and mix all the dry ingredients in another bowl. dip chicken into the wet mix first, then dip into the dry mix. dip chicken into oil after flour mix. bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hrs
