Chocolate Rum pie

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 oz. choc. chips
  • 2 t. instant coffee
  • 1 t. rum
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Brown pie shell while assembling pie. Cream butter, add sugar, then eggs. Beat well and add other ingredients. Pour into baked shell and bake 25 min. or until middle is firm.
