Ingredients

  • You Will Need:

  • 1

    pound lean ground beef

  • ½

    cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

  • ¾

    cup of Parmesan Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 1-2

    Eggs

  • 2

    Cloves Garlic

Directions

Place meat in a bowl and add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt pepper and garlic. Mix together and then add 1 egg. If the mixture is too dry, i.e.: not sticking together, then add 1 more egg and mix with hands. Then, roll into meatballs. Heat marinara sauce to a boil and place the raw meatballs in. Simmer for 1-1.5 hours, depending on the size of the meatballs. Enjoy on top of spaghetti!
