Ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion - chopped
- 1 cup of rice (uncooked)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Chili powder - tsp or to taste
- Garlic powder - tsp or to taste
- Jalapenos of you like
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat/turkey -
Add onion and green pepper (both finely chopped)
cook until tender
Cook rice as directed - then in large dutch oven mix
meat/onion mixture with rice and tomatoes and seasonings
Heat and serve
