Oatmeal Bread for Bread Machine

The recipe was in the owner's manual. It always turns out well for me, so I make it often

Ingredients

• 9- 11 oz water (I use water I boiled potatoes in) more
• as needed to keep dough soft and pliable; add
• water 1 tablespoon at a time
• 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
• 3 3/4 cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons oat bran
• 2 tablespoons dry milk
• 2 teaspoons yeast
• 2 tablespoons flax meal

Preparation

Step 1

1.Put in bread machine in order given (I use the dough
cycle)
2. After machine beeps, remove, put in a greased loaf
pan, cover with plastic wrap sprayed with cooking
spray, let rise till double.
3. Remove plastic wrap,
4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
