Banana Bread

Great way to use up old bananas. Put peeled bananas in the freezer until you have enough for a batch

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds melted margarine
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups beaten eggs
- 9 cups flour
- 1 2/3 tablespoons baking soda
- 8 cups mashed bananas
- 10 tablespoons hot water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix margarine and sugar, add eggs.
2. Sift flour and baking soda together.
3. Blend with sugar mixture.
4. Add water to the bananas and add to flour, mixing
just to moisten.
5. Pour 1 quart into greased loaf pans.
6. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
