Ingredients
- 1 lb. crushed graham crackers
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 box raisins
- 1 pk. dates
- 1 pk. candied cherries or pineapple or half each
- 1 qt. nuts--pecans and walnuts
- 1/2 cup wine
Preparation
Step 1
Mix in order with hands
Bake in 2 loaf pans--greased and lined with waxed paper for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Store in refrigerator. Freezes well also.
