Desserts - Ice Box Fruit Cake - Gayle Lovette

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crushed graham crackers
  • 3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 box raisins
  • 1 pk. dates
  • 1 pk. candied cherries or pineapple or half each
  • 1 qt. nuts--pecans and walnuts
  • 1/2 cup wine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in order with hands
Bake in 2 loaf pans--greased and lined with waxed paper for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Store in refrigerator. Freezes well also.
