Shrimp Roll (DDD)

Ingredients

• Mayo
• sliced tarragon
• tabasco
• squeeze lemon juice
• pinch salt
• Shrimp
• sliced green onion
• diced cucumber
• hot dog bun

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together sauce ingredients.

Boil shrimp, put in ice bath. Cut shrimp in half, add sliced green onion, diced cucumber and good dab of dressing.

Toast hot dog bun. line with lettuce and add shrimp.
