Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 1/4 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c crushed potato chips (not too fine)
• 1/2 t vanilla
• 1 lb margarine
• powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream margarine well. Add sugar and cream again, very well. Add vanilla. Add flour, Fold in crushed chips.
2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and put a small piece of potato chip on top of each cookie, before baking.
3. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
