Ingredients
- 8 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- Salt (optional)
- Pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lg. bottle barbecue sauce
- Parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Fry breasts in butter until done. Drain off butter.
Return chicken to pan and cover with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Serve with rice.
