Chicken - Weight Watchers Chicken & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked macaroni, drained
  • 2 cups cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups of reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, undilute
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 8 oz low fat shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the above ingredients well. Pour into a casserole dish and bake on 350 degrees covered for 35-45 min. Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
