Chicken and Apple Sausage Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1.5 pounds package ground chicken breast
  • 1/2 large Granny Smith Apple (peeled and chopped fine)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated onions (add equal water to rehydrate)
  • 1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon Splenda

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well so apple and spices are distributed evenly throughout. From mixture into patties. Using a skillet on the stovetop, brown patties on both sides. Once browned, bake patties at 325 degree, 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
