  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. Add melted butter to beaten eggs and then add dry ingredients. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Spray min muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray and then spoon mixture into tins filling each about 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes. Let muffins sit in pan for about 5 minutes then gently tap pan upside down and muffins will fall out.
