Ranch Dressing

You can store the dressing in glad containers or plastic bottles. Or you like them sooo much
there won't be much to store :)

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. mayonaise (not miracle whip)
  • 2 T. flat leaf parsley minced
  • 2 T. minced fresh chives
  • 1 scallion minced
  • 1 t. white wine vinegar
  • fresh pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mash the garlic and salt to a paste then whisk in the mayo, buttermilk, parsley, chives, scallion and vinegar. If too thick add more buttermilk for the consistency you like. Store in fridge covered for up to 3 days.
