Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can of heats of palm , drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- 1 TBLSP old bay seasoning
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 TBLS vegan mayo
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to a chunky consistency.
Mound into 4 “cakes” - coat with bread crumbs and bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or until the bread crumbs are golden brown.
