Double Chocolate Gooey Butter Cake

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted + 8 more tablespoons butter, melted + butter to grease pan
- 1 (18.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 (8oz)package cream cheese, softened
- 3-4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 (16 oz) box powered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease a 9x13 pan
3. In a large bowl mix the cake mix, 1 egg and 1 stick
melted butter.
4. Stir well until well blended.
5. Pat into lightly greased 9x13 pan and set aside.
6. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
7. Add the other 2 eggs and cocoa powder.
8. Lower the speed and add powdered sugar.
9. Beat till well mixed.
10.Slowly add the other stick of melted butter and
vanilla, beating till smooth.
11.Stir in nuts with spoon.
12.Spread over cake in pan.
13.Bake for 40-50 min. Be careful not to overcook;
center should be a little gooey when done baking.
14.Let cake cool for awhile before cutting.
