cup crushed pineapple

1 Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork strips; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until browned. 2 Add coconut milk, pineapple and lime juice; mix well. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3 Add contents of meal starter; mix well. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and sauce chips are melted, stirring frequently. Stir in nuts and coconut. Serve over rice.
