Ingredients
- 1 cup german or swiss chocolate cake mix
- 2 tblsp powdered non dairy whipped topping mix
- 1 large egg, at room temp
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp red food coloring
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Nonstick baking spray
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, whipped topping mix, egg, buttermilk, food coloringa nd vanilla for 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
2. Spray cake pop wells with nonstick baking spray. Fill each well with about 1 tblsp batter. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Transfer cake pops to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.
