Ingredients

  • 12 oz Cooked Andouille Sausage or Kielbasa
  • 2 Large Orange or Yellow Sweet Pepper
  • 1 15 to 16oz can Red Kidney Beans Rinsed and Drained
  • 1 14.5 oz Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 C Chopped Celery (2 stalks)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice Sausage into 1 in Chunks. Stem, seed, and coarsely chop peppers.

2. Combine all ingredients in Slow Cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or High for 2 hours. Stir before serving.
