Ingredients
- 1 st layer
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- Mix and spread in pan. Bake at 350 for 35 min. Cool.
- 2 d layer
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- Mix and spread carefully over cooled crust.
- 3 d layer
- 3 small packages of instant chocolate pudding
- 3 –1/2 cups of milk
- Mix with mixer for 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese mix.
- Note: Can use a different flavor of pudding or even use a pie filling, i.e. cherry, peach, etc.
- 4 th layer
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- Spread and keep in refrigerator until ready.
- Enjoy!
