Easy Cake Box Cookies

Quick & easy cookies made from your favorite Cake Mix.

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Cake Mix
• 2 eggs
• a little over 1/3 cup Canola Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-Heat Oven 350degrees

Mix the three ingredients well. Make round balls and place on cookie sheet; see variation ideas below.
*Bake for 12-15 minutes, do not over bake.

Variations:
*~Lemon: sprinkle with powder sugar right out of the oven.
~Yellow, French Vanilla, White: add Mini Chocolate Chips when mixing ingredients together; sprinkle with cocoa-powder sugar mix; roll in crystal sugar, plain or colored.
~Chocolate, any: sprinkle with a cocoa-powder sugar; roll in crystal sugar or chocolate sprinkles;
~Chocolate, any: add in while mixing Hershey Heath Bar Toffee bits and roll in bits, then bake.
~Carrot: frost with a cream cheese frosting.
