Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 cups Wesson Oil, 2 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 1/2 cups of plain flour, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 oz red food coloring
- 1 8 oz padkage cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine, room temperature
- 1 box of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Mix well in the order above. Grease (Crisco) and flour cake pans. 8 inch-4 layers; 9 inch-3 layers
Icing:
Mix all well with electric mixer. Sprinkle cooled layers with pecans between layers. Ice cake.
