Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Shortening, rounded
- 2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 4 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Molasses
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Ginger
- 4 Cups Flour
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Chill well.
Roll into balls and then roll in granulated sugar. Flatten with a fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
