Ingredients

  • Chopped onion
  • Green pepper
  • olive oil - just a little to brown onion and green pepper
  • 2 cans of Green Giant Black Beans
  • Chili powder
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chopped onion and green pepper in little bit of olive oil. Add 2 cans of Green Giant Black Beans. Add chili powder, 1 beef bouillon cube. Simmer till favors meld—aprx 20 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and stir. Serve over hot rice.

Assemble: Put rice in a bowl, top with black bean mixture. Top with Taco Sauce which has chopped fresh cilantra mixed with it. Top this with Land of Lakes No-Fat Sour Cream and serve. Delicious.
