Ingredients
- 4 lbs. Unshelled white cream peas
- 4 lbs. Unshelled butter beans
- 4 ears of Field Corn or White Silver Queen Corn
- 12 large tomatoes
- 1 lb. Fresh okra
Preparation
Step 1
Shell peas and butter beans, wash well. Cut corn kernels, skimming the tip of kernal and then recut. Wash and slice okra. Put in large container; cover with water. Add salt and pepper to taste and boil on medium until done.
