Ingredients

  • 2 LOAVES STALE RAISIN BREAD
  • PINT HALF & HALF
  • PINT HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
  • 10 LARGE EGGS BEATEN
  • 2 TBLSPNS VANILLA EXRACT
  • SYRUP(HEATED)

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. IN A LARGE BOWL WHISK TOGETHER EGGS, CREAM, HALF & HALF, AND VANILLA. CUT OR TEAR BREAD INTO LARGE PIECES. SPRAY A 9X13 PAN AND PLACE BREAD PIECES. SLOWLY POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER BREAD. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL SET. (IT WILL LOOK LIKE BREAD PUDDING)






HEAT SYRUP AND SERVE. YOU CAN ALSO SERVE THIS WITH BACON OR SAUSAGE.
