Layered Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz can refried beans
  • 2 or 3 avocados, mashed with 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 package taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, Monteray Jack and Cheddar is good combo

Preparation

Step 1

SPREAD refried beans on the place

COVER beans with the avocado mixture

MIX together sour cream, mayo and taco mix

SPREAD over avocado mixture

SPRINKLE shredded cheese over the top

CHILL

GARNISH with chopped green onions, tomatoes, olives
