Ingredients
- 2 oz. nsa tuna, drained of water
- Shredded lettuce
- Chopped green onion
- Chopped tomato
- Alfalfa sprouts
- 2 plain brown rice cake
Preparation
Step 1
1. Chop veggies
2. Build just like a sandwich; put veggies on rice cake and top with tuna.
