  • 2 oz. nsa tuna, drained of water
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Chopped green onion
  • Chopped tomato
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 plain brown rice cake

1. Chop veggies
2. Build just like a sandwich; put veggies on rice cake and top with tuna.
