Ingredients
- Stewing pieces
- Salt, pepper
- 1 onion cut in pieces
- Add I box of POMI
- garlic powder
- marjoram
- basil
- oregano
- rosemary
- 1 cup water
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
- gravy master
- carrots
- potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Stewing pieces dredged in flour seasoned with salt and pepper
1 onion cut in pieces
In heated oil, brown onion and stew pieces
Add I box of POMI
garlic powder
marjoram
basil
oregano
rosemary
1 cup water
2 cubes beef bouillon
gravy master
cook for ½ hour
Add carrots and potatoes and cool until tender
