Jeffrey’s Beef Stew

This beef stew recipe is closer to a beef burgandy than to a traditional stew.

Ingredients

  • Stewing pieces
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 onion cut in pieces
  • Add I box of POMI
  • garlic powder
  • marjoram
  • basil
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cubes beef bouillon
  • gravy master
  • carrots
  • potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Stewing pieces dredged in flour seasoned with salt and pepper

1 onion cut in pieces
In heated oil, brown onion and stew pieces

Add I box of POMI
garlic powder
marjoram
basil
oregano
rosemary

1 cup water
2 cubes beef bouillon
gravy master

cook for ½ hour

Add carrots and potatoes and cool until tender
