Ingredients
- 1 box manicotti shells - cooked as directed
- 3-4 whole chicken breasts - boneless, skinless
- 2 - 3oz packages of cream cheese-softened
- 2/1 /2 cups Jack cheese
- 2 cups longhorn cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 jar favorite marinara sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken and shred or cube
Combine chicken, cream cheese, 1/2 of other cheese and salt. Stuff shells.
In 9x13 pan, drizzle about 1/3 of marinara sauce. Put stuffed shells on top of it. Cover shells with remaining sauce.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
cook covered with foil for 30 minutes - remove foil for last 5 minutes.
