Farmers Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham or cooked breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray a square baking dish; arrange potatoes evenly in bottom of dish.
2. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and onions.
3. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
4. Pour over potatoes.
5. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes or till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
