  • Crazy Jane's Lemon Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • Honey

Preparation

Step 1

Lemon inside of cavity

Use a Brinkman's smoker with charcoal. Place water on a rack.

Can smoke 2 6-7 pound turkey breasts at a time for 6 hours.
