Ingredients
- Olive oIl
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- Lemon zest
- 2 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Brush with oil and broil or grill 4 minutes on 1 side. Salt and pepper. Turn fish and spread mustard, lemon zest and juice mixture on top. Broil til crusty, 4 minutes longer.
