Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- Onion
- 3 Cups water
- 29 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- One garlic clove minced
- 2 T. Italian seasoning
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 T. soy sauce
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder to taste
- 2 Cups elbow macaroni
Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat, add onion and the rest of the ingredients except elbow macaroni. Cook 20-25 minutes. Add macaroni, simmer 20 minutes. Turn off heat, remove bay leaf, then let sit for 30 minutes.
