Marinated Eye of Round

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbs Lowry's lemon pepper
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2.5 to 5 lb eye of round

Preparation

Step 1

In 1 gallon ziploc bag, combine all ingredients. Add meat to bag and let marinate for at least 2 hours, even overnight. Cook uncovered at 250 degrees for 36 minutes per pound.
