Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 small can of tomato sauce
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 jar of Bertolli Marinara Sauce-basil & tomato
- 1 teaspoon of salt; 1 teasp of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oregano, Italian Seasoning and Rosemary
- 1 jar of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of red wine (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat, onion and bellpepper. Add all other ingredients.
Cover and simmer for one hour. Serve over spaghetti.
