Steak - Fruited Flank Steak (Paige Sutcliff)

Ingredients

  • 1 can of fruit cocktail, drained and refrigerated for later use.
  • 1/4 cup juice of drained fruit cocktail
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and pour over flank steak or London Broil and cook 7 hours in slow cooker. Flip over during cooking time. Last 15 minutes put fruit on top of meat in slow cooker. Serve over cooked rice.
