Ingredients
- 2 lbs cooked chicken, 2 frozen packages of chopped broccoli, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 teasp. Lemon juice, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teasp curry powder, 1 1/2 cup grated cheese, buttered bread crumbs, toast about 6 slices of bread for crumbs.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and cut up chicken in bite-size pieces. Cook broccoli about 10 min and drain. Layer broccoli and chicken in large casserole. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and cheese. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 oven 25-30 min. Very good.
