Soups - Weight Watchers Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 2 cans tomatoes (16 oz cans)
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • (Can add chopped celery or carrots or any vegetable on vegetable list)
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (dry)

Preparation

Step 1

Cover chopped cabbage with water; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Count as a vegetable. Eat as much as desired.
