Ingredients
- 2 lbs. gorund turkey breast (or extra lean ground beef)
- 2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
- 4 egg whites
- 16oz. can nsa tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 4 Tbs. oregano
- 4 Tbs. basil
- 4 Tbs. garlic powder
- 2 Tbs. black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients together well in large bowl.
2. Divide into 2 loaves. Place into 2 bread/meatloaf dishes.
3. Bake at 350 degree for 60 minutes.
