Vegetables - Hash Brown Casserole-Denise Guthrie

Ingredients

  • 1 regular sized bag of shredded Oreida Hash Browns
  • 16 oz. carton of sour cream
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • spash of milk
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 1/2 of the melted butter on the bottom of the casserole dish. Mix everything and pour into dish. Bake on 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
