VEAL PIZZAIOLA

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces veal scaloppini
  • Flour
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups ground San Marzano tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • White wine

Preparation

Step 1

Coat the veal slices in flour shake off the excess.

Coat a frying pan with olive oil, heat. Cook the veal slices, reserve the veal. Throw out the oil from the veal, add clean olive oil, heat.

Brown some sliced garlic add the veal. Sprinkle some white wine allowing the alcohol to burn off.

Add tomato with some of the juice from the tomatoes, oregano and spices to taste. Allow the sauce to reduce to the desired consistency.

Plate the veal, pour the sauce over the veal, garnish with some basil leaves and serve.
