Raviolis

Ingredients
- You Will Need:
- Dough:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Filling:
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper

Step 1
Start by mixing ricotta cheese, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. When mixed, store in fridge. Pour the flour into a bowl and make a well in the flour. Add the eggs and salt. Knead the dough until smooth and roll into a ball. Cut the dough into smaller sections. Feed through the pasta maker on setting 1. Continue to feed through on higher settings until the pasta is at the desired thickness. When desired thickness is achieved, cut out ravioli squares with a pasta bike, ravioli cutter, cookie cutter or even a pizza cutter! Spoon filling onto every other dough square and top with another dough square, making sure to wet the edges so the dough seals. Next, use a fork to seal the ravioli completely. Dust completed raviolis with flour. Place raviolis into boiling water, until they rise to the top. Serve with marinara and Parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
