Ingredients
- 1/4 cup season bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 2 teasp chopped fresh thyme
- 1/8 teasp black pepper
- 2 tablesp dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 lb pork tenderloin

Preparation
Step 1
1)preheat oven to 450. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
2)Combine bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan, thyme and pepper in a small bowl. Spread mustard mixture evenly over entire surface of prok. Thne top entire surface with bread crumb mixture to form and even crust.
3) Place the pork on the baking sheet and roast in center of the oven until therm in center reads 150 about 23 to 26 min. Remove from the oven and let rest 5 min before cutting on the diagonal.
