Ingredients
- 2 obs stew beef
- 1/2 - 1 lb carrots
- 8 - 10 potatoes
- 1 jar of canned onions
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in vegetable oil. Put in slow cooker. Cover with water. Salt and pepper. Cook slowly for 1 hour. Add peeled and cut potatoes and carrots. Salt and Pepper. Turn up heat until boiling. Reduce to low. Cook 1 hour. Ten minutes before 1 hour is up, add cooked onions.
