Mama mia chicken chowder

Ingredients

  • 2 12oz cans chicken breast with liquid
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 15oz can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup macaroni
  • 1 10oz can chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chicken, salad dressing, tomatoes, broth, macaroni, basil, ½ cup water and a little salt into large soup pot. Boil, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Serve and sprinkle with cheese.
