Ingredients
- 3 10oz cans tomato bisque soup
- 1 10oz can French onion soup
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup gnocchi
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place tomato bisque soup, French onion soup, Italian seasoning and 1 ½ soup cans of water in 4-5 quart slow cooker. Turn heat setting to HIGH and cook 1 hour or until mixture is hot.
Add pasta and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours or until pasta is done. Stir several times to keep pasta from sticking to bottom of slow cooker. Turn heat off, add mozzarella cheese and stir until cheese melts
