Ingredients
- 1 16oz pkg frozen garlic-seasoned pasta and veggies
- 1 16oz jar thick and chunky salsa
- 1 15oz can pinto beans with liquid
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 8oz pkg shredded Mexican style 4 cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in saucepan (except cheese) and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes. Stir often and top each serving with cheese
